Responsibilities
  • Strategy: You are responsible for the performance marketing strategy for Europe with a focus on Germany and Austria.
  • Planning: You develop and manage paid media activities according to the go‑to‑market calendar for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal peaks.
  • Optimization: You implement campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and other platforms, test continuously, and derive data‑based recommendations for action.
  • Growth: You design lead generation campaigns, test new formats, and identify levers for revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with internal teams and external agencies and coordinate the creation of high‑quality creatives.
  • Analysis: You prepare reports, forecasts and performance analyses and derive strategic recommendations.
What You Bring
  • A completed degree in business, e‑commerce, digital marketing or a similar qualification.
  • Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e‑commerce, sports or fashion.
  • Very good knowledge of Meta advertising and solid experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads; TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and confident handling of KPIs, attribution and funnel data.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and creators.
