About the job Performance Marketing Manager

We, Boerse Stuttgart Digital Exchange GmbH , take care of the technical operation of BSDEX, the first regulated trading platform for digital assets in Germany. We set high standards for transparency and security and provide a reliable and trustworthy framework for trading these new assets. In order to make this ambitious undertaking a reality, we are looking for new colleagues (f / m / d) who are willing to take on responsibility and who bring a good dose of pioneering spirit and courage with them.

Börse Stuttgart Digital Exchange offers private and institutional customers a trustworthy and reliable way to trade and store digital assets.


tasks


  • Further development of our marketing strategy together with the management, responsibility for the implementation of our marketing roadmap as well as creation of a marketing plan and budget responsibility

  • Activities management in the area of performance marketing, affiliate marketing and content marketing

  • Creation of quantitative analyzes, dashboards and tracking of all marketing activities

  • Expansion of our user acquisition in close cooperation with our product team

  • Direct reporting line to the management and support with reporting and KPI tracking in stakeholder management

  • Experienced marketing professional with relevant work experience and a focus on B2C, ideally in the fintech / insurtech sector or in another highly regulated industry

  • Analytical and number-driven personality, well versed in Excel and common marketing tools

  • Operational focus, expertise in stakeholder management in various areas and data-driven decisions
