Job Description

As an HR Generalist / People Enablement, you are a key member of our HR team. You will contribute to the holistic management and support of our HR agenda from recruiting to onboarding, employee development, personnel administration, employee retention, and offboarding.   • Support and oversee all HR processes end-to-end : from recruiting and onboarding to performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
  • Contact person for managers and employees regarding all HR and employment law issues.
  • Collaboration with HR shared services to ensure efficient HR operationalization. Introduction and use of modern tools and, where appropriate, AI support in HR (., automation, analytics, chatbots, .
  • Design and implementation of employee retention and motivation measures (., events, workshops, feedback processes).

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in an HR environment, ideally with a focus on generalist / people / talent / employee relations.
  • Experience in a corporate environment or with cross-border collaboration is an advantage.
