Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.
Purpose
Join our Patient Advocacy Program and become the central hub for operational coordination, patient engagement, and cross-team alignment across EMEA. You will ensure smooth execution of patient-facing activities, manage logistics, handle CRM workflows, and support internal teams to deliver best-in-class patient advocacy programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a supportive and professional experience. Manage communication, scheduling, consent collection, document processing, and follow-up throughout the engagement cycle.
- Coordinate and execute logistical arrangements for patient-related activities, including travel bookings, transportation, accommodation, hospital site visits, video recording days, internal events, and external engagements. Ensure all operational elements (timelines, confirmations, materials, permissions) are aligned and delivered on time.
- Manage and maintain CRM databases with a high degree of accuracy. Track information and activities. Ensure all data is compliant with GDPR and internal governance standards.
- Support essential administrative and operational workflows, including preparing agendas, run‑of‑show documents, briefing packs, coordination guides, meeting summaries, and follow‑up notes. Handle contract filing and assist with budget and invoice tracking.
- Report on patient engagement activities by maintaining up‑to‑date trackers, generating regular reports, and supporting the development of performance dashboards. Provide insights that support continuous improvement and operational excellence within the Patient Advocacy Program.
Who You Are
- Exceptionally organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with patients, families, and internal teams.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders across geographies.
- Understands or is willing to learn about compliance, data protection (GDPR) and administrative discipline in a healthcare/MedTech setting.
- Proactive problem solver, adapts quickly, and maintains professionalism in fast‑paced environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Coordination, Communication, Social Sciences or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years experience in MedTech or Pharma industry preferred.
- Prior experience in reporting, event and program coordination, office administration, or patient‑facing role is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German: additional European languages desirable.
- Willingness to travel 20% for events or hospital visits.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is € 51.200,00 to € 80.845,00.
