Paid Social Consultant

We are looking for a Paid Social Consultant for our Berlin or Cologne office. The role is part of our Growth Marketing team, delivering data‑driven campaigns that blend creativity and performance. The successful candidate will manage paid social across platforms, analyse data, provide insights, collaborate with design teams, and continuously optimise campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, set up and optimise paid social campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyse campaign data and generate reports for clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate performance metrics and recommendations to clients.
  • Allocate and manage budgets, prepare forecasts and media plans.
  • Define target audiences for effective ad targeting.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visuals or videos.
  • Craft engaging ad copy.
  • Monitor performance and make data‑driven adjustments.
  • Implement conversion tracking mechanisms such as pixels or tags.
  • Design and run A/B tests to optimise performance.
  • Provide technical support for Paid Social pitches.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2‑3 years of hands‑on paid social experience.
  • Open‑minded, eager to learn and develop skills.
  • Collaborative skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
  • Proactive, creative, enjoys bringing own ideas.
  • Passionate about Paid Social, up to date with trends.
  • Strong understanding of numbers and KPIs, able to control complex setups.
  • Ability to implement paid social strategies aligned with business goals, target audience and budget.
  • Ability to effectively allocate and manage budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English (C1); German is a plus.
  • We ask for a lot, but not everything is required from the get‑go. Ideally you have a T‑structured profile and are keen to learn new skills.
