This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent problem‑solving skills, and deep knowledge of European shipping workflows —including label purchasing, label printing, and carrier tracking systems. Experience working with leading EU shippers such as DPD, DHL, GLS, UPS, PostNL, Royal Mail, or similar is highly preferred.

Work closely with major European carriers (DPD, DHL, GLS, UPS, PostNL, Royal Mail, etc.) to resolve shipping delays, lost parcels, routing issues, and delivery failures. Manage processes related to shipping label purchasing, label printing systems, and carrier tracking integrations. Ensure roasters and partners follow correct label formats, service levels, and carrier compliance requirements.
Communicate with roasters across Europe, the U.S., and Australia to verify tracking details, address fulfilment issues, and coordinate reorders. Maintain timely, clear communication across multiple time zones.
Maintain accurate product attributes including bag images, descriptions, tasting notes, and metadata. Work with roasters and internal teams to ensure product data consistency.
Support global customer care teams and retail partners in resolving customer order issues. Provide clear documentation, timely updates, and resolution insights.
Process cancellations, manual overrides, and corrections in the order management system. Help manage the PBB Global Order Issue Queue to ensure all flagged items are resolved.
Build and maintain datasets on exceptions, shipping delays, loss trends, and operational bottlenecks. Provide weekly insights and recommendations to the Global Operations Lead.
