Our client sells high-quality refurbished e-bikes and aims to become a global sustainability leader in one of the fastest-moving markets worldwide. Freshly backed by a €60M Series C and expanding into the US, the company is entering a major scale-up phase. Your role will directly shape the operational backbone of the business and transform its biggest warehouse into a high-performing, future-proof operation.

Tasks

• Lead and grow the Operations team in the company’s largest warehouse.
• Implement scalable workflows and continuously improve existing processes.
• Build a motivating, structured and safe environment for all blue-collar teams.
• Ensure smooth daily operations end-to-end — from inbound to outbound.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Lead to drive the next stages of growth.

Requirements

• Strong background in operational excellence and leading blue-collar teams.
• Ideally experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or fast-scaling environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Fluent English (C1) and comfortable working with international colleagues.
• Hands-on mindset — you solve problems on the floor and act pragmatically.
