Task Responsibilities

• Producing and maintaining technical materials related to Flight Operations
• Write, edit, and revise all Flight Operations Manuals and documents
• Keeping track of the latest company and aviation regulations and procedures
• Administration, distribution and control of all FO documentations
• Administration, distribution and control of all documents on the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and iPads on board the aircraft
• Collaboration and administrative assistance to the Chief Technical Pilot and the Technical Pilot’s Office
• Active participation in the implementation of new technologies and processes in Flight Operations

Essential Requirements For The Position

• Secondary education / Apprenticeship
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of computer based publication software such as Adobe Frame Maker or Yonder Mind and advanced knowledge of information technology is a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of and / or experience with EASA regulations is a distinct advantage
• Technical knowledge in aviation is a distinct advantage
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize work aligned with organizational goals
• Being detail oriented and having a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Working Conditions

• A certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• Position based in Luxembourg
