Your mission & challenges

In this role, you are part of our Office Management team and ensure smooth daily operations and create an inspiring work environment. You will work with various departments to ensure an efficient and productive working environment. Your tasks will include:

Ensure that our office is always tidy, welcoming, and functional

Plan and coordinate team events and small internal gatherings

Support with administrative activities and tasks

Welcome and take care of guests

Coordination and preparation of meetings - especially with partners and visitors

Experience in a similar role (office management, administration, assistant, reception, etc.)

Independent, structured, and reliable working

  • Friendly, service-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for organization

Excellent communication skills in German and English

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and unforeseen circumstances in a dynamic development environment
