A not-for-profit organization in Frankfurt is seeking an Office Manager & Assistant to CEO (part-time). Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing travel and events, and supporting the CEO and Management. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English and German. The GLEIF Assistant & Office Manager will support CEO & Management from Monday‑Friday in a timely and professional manner. The Assistant & Office Manager’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organising daily calendars. We seek an individual with the ambition and skill to perform in a global organisation.
