How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead and manage offers for Control & Protection systems in HVDC transmission projects, overseeing cost, time, resources, and quality.
  • Drive customer success by delivering innovative solutions to global energy challenges.
  • Guide a diverse and dynamic project team through complex technical and commercial landscapes.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers—including change requests and claims.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning expectations and delivering compelling offers.
What You Bring
  • A university master’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience, including proven project management expertise.
  • Strong technical knowledge in converter technology, high-voltage systems, and control & protection—HVDC experience is a plus.
  • Recognised project management certifications (e.g. PM@Siemens, PMI, IPMA).
  • A structured and communicative personality with a drive for efficient, win‑win outcomes, as well as initiative to identify cost‑saving opportunities and prepare competitive offers.
  • Intercultural experience and willingness to travel (approx. 20%); Fluency in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus
