We are looking for a race mechanic in permanent position, competing in European Championships starting in January 2026.

This position is based in Germany.

Your profile

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

• Experience as a mechanic or with Formula or GT cars.
• Strong technical background with proven reliability, resilience, and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to take responsibility, work independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You are dynamic, highly motivated, loyal, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• Good level in English, both written and spoken, is required. Italian and German are a plus.

The Position

These are your key tasks:

• Working in a car crew at the racetrack and in the workshop, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.
• Being part of the car crew ensuring setup and preparation of race cars for events and tests, following the specifications provided by the chief mechanic and race engineer.
• Ensure flawless vehicle operation during races and tests, proactively addressing any technical issues.
• Maintenance and testing of all vehicle components including racing equipment, ensuring reliability and safety.
