Job summary

ValuraNova is seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive growth across Germany. You will lead and develop a field sales team, spending the majority of your time in the field with customers to coach and close deals.

You will build relationships with key customers in the aesthetics market, use forecasting and CRM data to push performance, and turn commercial processes into market growth through strong leadership on the ground.

• Exposure to the aesthetics or surgical device market.
• A player-coach mindset with genuine field credibility.
