About this role

We’re looking for a hands‑on, Motion Designer with impeccable taste , strong ownership, and deep love for users. You’ll help us rebuild our ux motion system across mobile and web. Experience with sleek, polished consumer apps is critical — this role is for someone who’s fast, thoughtful, and obsessed with getting every detail right.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Rebuild and enhance our UX motion system, bringing consistency, depth, and emotion to every interaction.
• Design and animate high‑quality motion elements for UI — from subtle transitions to complex, story‑driven interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design and Engineering teams to implement animations using Lottie and other motion tools.
• Create storyboards, motion studies, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively and ensure seamless integration in the final product.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio of UI animations and shipped digital products
• Hands‑on expertise in After Effects, Rive, Lottie, and Figma; experience with 2D rigging, C4D, or shader‑based / generative visuals is a plus.
• Solid understanding of timing, easing, and visual storytelling principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred).
