What You Should Already Have
  • Must hold a valid Mortgage License in good standing, or be willing to obtain one.
  • A successful track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
  • Proficient in using mortgage industry software and technology.
Nice to Have
  • Bilingual/multilingual is considered a great asset
  • Underwriting experience is an asset
