We’re looking for a Python Backend Engineer who is strong in backend development and enthusiastic about AI. You keep up with the latest trends, know how to separate hype from real business value, and want to explore how AI can drive impact in modern logistics.

Your role

• You will build, test, and maintain backend applications in a cross-functional engineering team.
• You will continuously improve our tech stack and help shape the architecture.
• You will write high-quality, maintainable code using code reviews, CI/CD, and agile processes.
• You will contribute to managing our cloud environments (AWS, Docker, CI/CD).
• You will learn and grow with mentorship from our CTO, with potential to move into leadership.

What you bring

• You have at least 4 years of backend development experience, ideally building APIs in Python (or openness to switch to Python).
• You are enthusiastic about AI and its business applications, with first hands‑on experience as a bonus.
• You can evaluate what’s hype versus what’s real business value.
• You have a good understanding of Docker, AWS, and related services.
• You have experience debugging and resolving production issues.
• You have strong communication skills in English, and experience with distributed teams is a plus.
