Medical Device Sales Representative – Sweden & Denmark

As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and representing our brand across Sweden and Denmark. This is a field-based role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a direct impact on our business.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our portfolio of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, nurses, and procurement managers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clinical staff.
- Achieve sales targets and expand our market share within the assigned territory.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report insights to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in relevant medical conferences and workshops.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices, orthopedics, or healthcare.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Swedish; proficiency in another Nordic language is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Sweden and Denmark.
