Job Description
  • You will generate CAR T‑cells from primary human material using isolation, activation, transduction, and expansion techniques.
  • You will perform co‑culture assays to validate CAR T‑cell performance, including cytotoxicity, phenotyping, and cytokine production measurements.
  • You will employ 3D and 2D imaging workflows for the characterization of the tumor microenvironment.
  • You will test novel reagents for 3D imaging to characterize tumor cells.
  • This position offers you a unique opportunity to obtain your Master’s degree while staying abreast of the latest developments in therapies and the field of imaging.
Qualifications
  • You are an enrolled student and have a Bsc. degree in biology.
  • You should be familiar with cellular biology techniques e.g. isolation of PBMC, lentiviral transduction, and co‑culture systems.
  • You should have basic imaging skills, such as fluorescence and confocal microscopy as well as histological techniques e.g. H&E & Immunohistochemistry.
  • You are well organised, flexible, and conscientiously document your laboratory results.
  • You are curious and eager to learn.
  • Teamwork and open communication are part of your key values.
  • You are fluent in English.
