Verantwortungen umfassen das Einlegen von Klebeschleifleisten, das Wechseln von Vorrichtungen und die Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen. Schichtarbeit ist erforderlich. Bewerber sollten eine technische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben.

In dieser Position sind Sie (unter anderem) für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

• Einlegen und Ausrichten von Klebeschleifleisten und Kohleprofilen in CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
• Wechseln von Vorrichtungen sowie Einrichtung von Maschinen
• Selbstständiges Schreiben und Anpassen von Programmen (vorrangig Schleifvorgänge)
• Durchführung der Maßüberprüfung mit analogen und digitalen Messmitteln sowie einem digitalen Messtisch
• Durchführung der Widerstands- und Gewichtskontrolle von Kohleprofilen

Die fachlichen und menschlichen Mindestanforderungen für diese Aufgabe sind:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Berufserfahrung
• Nachgewiesene Programmierkenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Siemens SINUMERIC und Heidenhain
• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Detailgenauigkeit
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schichtsystem)
