• Collect and consolidate marketing data from various sources (events, PR, direct marketing, digital campaigns) and ensure accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar platforms.
• Develop clear dashboards and reports showcasing KPIs and marketing insights to track ROI and campaign performance.
• Deliver both consolidated regional reports and detailed country-specific breakdowns to highlight market contributions.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams across Europe to understand data needs and ensure consistent reporting standards.
• Analyze performance trends benchmark against industry standards and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

Your profile

• 23 years of experience in marketing analytics reporting or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with automation techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics across channels (events, PR, direct marketing, digital campaigns).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven stories effectively.
• English C1; German is a plus.
• Bonus points for experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and SQL knowledge.
• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics or a related field is highly desirable.
