We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to join our core team and help scale our educational programs through strategic launches, channel experimentation, and performance-driven campaigns.

What you will do:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns: growth experiments, launches, channel testing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, content, PR).
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing teams from business units across the group.
  • Coordinate and oversee creation of marketing materials for email, landing pages, CRM, and messaging channels.
  • Prioritize production tasks for visuals, copy, and promo content.
  • Manage agency and contractors workflows for landing pages and creative assets.
  • Analyze marketing performance and improve funnels.
  • Support scaling of educational products across channels and formats.
  • Tailor messaging to different segments.
  • Conducting A/B tests for banners and messages, analyze the results, and draw conclusions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Strong project ownership and initiative.
  • Confident campaigns management.
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
  • Background or interest in AI-powered products.
  • Experience using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
