In this role, you’ll shape and deliver the marketing strategy for Germany, working closely with channel teams to execute high‑impact programmes that strengthen brand presence and fuel commercial growth.

A day in the life

You’ll translate strategy into action—building yearly marketing plans, launching campaigns, supporting sales with tailored channel materials, and ensuring the German market has the insights, pricing intelligence, and tools needed to win. Expect a mix of planning, execution, performance tracking, and close collaboration with regional teams. No two days look the same, and your contribution will directly influence market share across Germany.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver the country Marketing Plan and support in‑year and long‑term strategy development
  • Adapt global and regional brand initiatives for Germany while ensuring local market relevance
  • Execute marketing programmes and collateral across OEM, Open Market, Agri, and IML channels
  • Manage OPEX and trade marketing budgets; track ROI and optimise spend
  • Monitor brand performance, product portfolio health, and new market trends
  • Gather competitor, customer, and pricing insights to strengthen commercial positioning
  • Support pricing implementation and ensure OEM price lists remain accurate
  • Execute a CAPEX budget of $200k to expand the network in Germany
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, regional teams, and project groups
  • Act as a key contributor to the Pricing Committee and regional initiatives
Must‑Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing roles within international, marketing‑driven companies
