Qualifikationen

  • Proven track record in UA strategy, creative testing, campaign scaling, and ROI optimisation.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Highly data-literate, with experience working closely with BI and data science teams.
  • Comfortable making strategic decisions while remaining hands-on with execution.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align stakeholders and build strong internal partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of games, player behaviours, and growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Are you an experienced and strategic senior marketing leader with a passion for growing mobile games and uniting performance with brand marketing?

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing marketing and growth organisation, overseeing performance marketing, brand, creative strategy, user acquisition operations, and organic growth. You will drive profitable user growth, develop compelling creative strategies, and collaborate closely with product, monetisation, and data teams to ensure marketing aligns with both business priorities and player experience goals.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading and developing the full marketing and growth function, including performance marketing, brand marketing, creative strategy, marketing project management, and organic growth (ASO/SEO).
  • Defining and executing the user growth strategy, balancing short-term ROI with long-term brand value.
  • Owning audience acquisition strategies focused on scaling high-quality, high-LTV user segments.
  • Guiding creative strategy and testing with a data-driven approach, championing iterative improvement.
  • Identifying and prioritising high-potential markets and platforms for expansion.
  • Representing marketing in leadership discussions and collaborating cross-functionally with product, monetisation, LiveOps, and BI teams.
  • Maintaining and building strategic relationships with key platforms, ad networks, and user acquisition partners.
  • Overseeing brand/IP partnerships and ensuring consistent brand alignment across all channels.
  • Partnering with game teams to influence features, funnels, and positioning to improve user acquisition and conversion.
  • Aligning marketing execution with wider business targets, ensuring coordination across teams.
What we're looking for:
  • Extensive experience in mobile games marketing, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in UA strategy, creative testing, campaign scaling, and ROI optimisation.
