A leading investment firm in Berlin seeks a Marketing Lead to establish their brand and fundraising strategies in the aquaculture sector. You will manage the marketing team and develop content for various platforms while ensuring strong engagement with institutional investors and the broader aquaculture ecosystem. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in marketing, especially with investment firms, and possesses exceptional writing and storytelling skills. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing market.
Hatch Blue is an investment firm that specialises in sustainable aquaculture and alternative seafood globally. We invest in companies transforming how the world produces seafood—from sustainable farming technologies to supply chain innovation—and we embed ourselves in the sector through consulting and venture programs that generate market intelligence and deal flow.
Hatch Blue’s 35+ team members work across five offices in Europe, North America and Asia. To date, Hatch Blue has made 70+ investments, venture-built two companies, run seven accelerator programs, directed 16 innovation studios, and delivered dozens of specialised consulting projects to global clients.
As our first marketing lead, you’ll help us build Hatch Blue into the leading investment firm specializing in aquaculture. You’ll own the full marketing machine, from positioning and brand to fundraising materials, content, events, and PR, to make sure institutional investors, founders, and the broader aquaculture ecosystem know what we're building, how we're different, and why it matters for them.
Email naheda@hatch.blue with your CV and a brief description of why you are a match for the role
Hatch Blue is committed to diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion within the team and the industry. We encourage applications from candidates who don’t meet all requirements.
