The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, oversee complex research projects, and manage an international, multidisciplinary team to achieve long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage research projects, maintaining regular customer interactions and compiling action plans and technical reports.
• Oversee long-term development cycles, balancing short-term revenue with long-term strategic goals.
• Guide product development by collaborating with executive leadership to create roadmaps and set milestones.
• Provide leadership and motivation to an international team of physicists, engineers, and business developers.
• Simplify complex quantum physics concepts for diverse stakeholders including investors, partners, and customers.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently, including laboratory equipment and cloud resources.
• Drive talent acquisition efforts in a competitive, specialized field of quantum technology.
• Ensure legal compliance and manage intellectual property, including patents and export laws.
• Foster partnerships with universities, research institutions, and industry partners.
• Define and execute the company's vision and strategy for the next 3–5 years.
• Monitor market trends and position QuiX Quantum strategically within the competitive landscape.
• Assess technological risks in collaboration with the executive team.
