How you can get involved

Drive the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of strategic commercial initiatives - including pricing, sales excellence, and revenue growth management - to strengthen BRITA's global consumer business. Act as a key interface between strategy and execution, ensuring project success across internal and external stakeholders.

Specifically, this means

  • Lead strategic commercial projects across pricing, trade terms, and sales excellence, including initiatives like Customer Profitability Management
  • Develop and implement frameworks for international pricing and revenue models that align with compliance, profitability, and commercial priorities
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, working cross-functionally with regional management, marketing, and controlling
  • Participate in managing and negotiating pricing opportunities, supporting deal structures, terms discussions, and profitability analysis for selected international key accounts
  • Ensure alignment with the global Consumer Strategy, supporting transformation efforts, strategic roadmap implementation, and regional/local enablement

You will be well-equipped for the role if you can demonstrate the following

  • 3-5 years' experience in FMCG, consulting, or a comparable international environment, ideally with exposure to pricing, commercial excellence, or revenue management
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen to drive insight-based decision making
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance or a related field
