About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our Regional Sales Office in Frankfurt. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities across Kerzner International's portfolio of luxury properties. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, incl. travel agencies, tour operators, etc. across the German, Austrian, Swiss and Eastern European markets. At the same time the candidate will identify new accounts and develop them successfully.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets for mainly, but not limited to, the leisure segment
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities while maintaining and growing existing key client relationships
  • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and property site inspections for clients
  • Represent Kerzner International at industry trade shows, networking events, and client functions
  • Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and implementation of global initiatives
  • Train travel partners on product knowledge and selling strategies for Kerzner International properties
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and track performance metrics
  • Work closely with the reservations team to ensure seamless client experience
  • Travel within the region (approximately 30-40%) to meet with key clients and attend industry events
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality sales, preferably with international hotel brands
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Extensive network and established relationships with key travel agencies and tour operators are ideal.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury travel market and consumer behavior
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office suite, and sales analysis tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
