Manager Product Marketing TLP (m / f / d)

Location: Germany / Bayreuth

Area of Responsibility :
  1. Provide insights and intelligence about market developments and trends for TLP (strollers, buggies, accessories, carriers, home, sport) products; create consumer behavior patterns and target group recommendations.
  2. Serve as a product ambassador to inform the marketing communication development process, ensuring all product-specific benefits are clear and well-communicated across departments.
  3. Develop a product marketing strategy for TLP products and provide marketing tools focusing on USPs, features, and consumer benefits.
  4. Deliver excellent consumer experience across all touchpoints, including packaging, product information, and digital and point-of-sale channels.
  5. Provide all consumer-relevant product information and images for marketing collateral creation such as sell-in decks, FAQs, factsheets, PDP briefings, and tutorial videos.
  6. Fully understand and promote the product portfolio from a customer perspective.
  7. Regularly review product characteristics and information on various channels for topicality and relevance.
  8. Drive and support the improvement of internal processes and system landscapes.
  9. Collaborate closely with content creation, social media, product management, video, and product picture teams by briefing relevant product information and features.
  10. Coordinate product kick-off presentations between marketing and communication teams, involving all relevant stakeholders to clarify project scope.
  11. Conduct worldwide competitor benchmarking of product marketing communication, especially from the target group perspective regarding USPs.
Profile of Qualification :
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, International Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience in developing consumer personas and target group segmentation strategies.
  3. Strong understanding of the juvenile products market and/or lifestyle consumer goods is preferred.
  4. Experience in creating and implementing product marketing strategies focused on USPs, features, and consumer benefits, with the ability to develop structured marketing plans and tools supporting cross-channel positioning.
  5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to align cross-functional teams.
  6. Experience with packaging development, POS content, and product information design.
  7. Ability to generate and manage comprehensive product data and assets for marketing use.
  8. Proactive in improving internal processes and contributing to system optimizations.
  9. Strong organizational and presentation skills for leading product kick-offs and facilitating collaboration.
  10. Competence in conducting competitive analysis from marketing and consumer perspectives, especially in communicating USPs.
  11. Excellent command of English; German language skills are an advantage but not essential.
