What will you do?

Oversee the corporate team (5 people).

Support our activities of Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary

Prepare / review draft contracts, corporate and compliance documents.

Prepare the legal formalities to approve the annual accounts of about 1.000 Luxembourgish companies (holding and commercial companies) and the filling of the accounts to the business registry.

Follow the renewal of mandate of directors and auditors of the companies, as well as the filing of the NIN and RBE register.

Support for KYC and RBE analyses, updating internal tools

Coordinate with internal departments (accounting, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders for clear and effective communication for client deliverables.

This offer is for you if :

You have at least a master’s degree in law, business administration, economics, finance or any other relevant field;

You have at list 5 years of experience in a similar role;

You are fluent in French and English;German is considered as an asset;

You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional approach at all times in accordance with policies and procedures, legal / regulatory requirements;

You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines;

You are extremely organized and rigorous;

You are dynamic, proactive, and pay close attention to details;
