Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training, further training as a technician or an engineering degree.
• Relevant professional experience in the described field of activity.
• Sound knowledge of the Machinery Directive and CE conformity.
• Experience in risk hazard analysis in accordance with EN ISO 12100.
• Confident handling of a common PDM system and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Preparation of risk hazard analyses and declarations of conformity.
• Monitoring the conformity assessment in accordance with the Machinery Directive.
• Creating and maintaining all necessary documentation templates.
• Preparation, moderation, and documentation of workshops.
• Researching and preparing current safety topics, guidelines, and standards.
• Acting as an interface and advising customers on safety issues.

Your tasks

• Preparation of risk hazard analyses and declarations of conformity
• Monitoring the conformity assessment including internal production control in accordance with the Machinery Directive
• Creating and maintaining all necessary documentation templates
• Preparation, moderation and documentation of workshops in the area of risk hazard analysis
• Researching and preparing current safety topics, guidelines and standards
• Acting as an interface and advising customers and the development department on safety issues
• Conducting employee training on the topics of product safety and conformity

Your profile

• Completed technical training, further training as a technician or an engineering degree
• Relevant professional experience in the described field of activity
• Sound knowledge of the Machinery Directive and CE conformity
• Experience in risk hazard analysis in accordance with EN ISO 12100, ideally user knowledge of Safexpert
• Knowledge of the EN ISO 13849-1 / -2 standards and safety circuit calculations (e.g. Sistema or Pascal)
• Confident handling of a common PDM system (preferably Pro.File) and MS Office
• Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
