Qualifikationen

What you will do

Join us in helping companies of all sizes and industries take meaningful climate action today. We are dedicated to working as a team towards our common goal: making net zero a reality.

Become part of our agile Data team in Munich or Berlin, where we use AI and Machine Learning to help businesses take climate action.

  • You collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • You identify and evaluate GenAI/ML use cases to improve internal services and client-facing products.
  • You build and maintain robust GenAI/ML systems, including cloud infrastructure and appropriate monitoring.
  • You build, train and deploy ML models that focus on benchmarking, recommendations and forecasting of carbon footprint and emissions data.
  • You implement automated testing and monitoring techniques to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI systems.
  • You take full ownership and drive the entire technical workflow and manage related project responsibilities.
  • You stay on top of the latest advancements in AI and advocate Data Science and ML fundamentals in the Digital department.

Who you are
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a Machine Learning role (as a Data Scientist, Software Engineer, Machine Learning /AI Engineer etc.) ideally in a startup/scale-up context.
  • You have experience building and maintaining professional Machine Learning/Generative AI systems at scale, with a focus on reliability, validation and monitoring.
  • You are proficient in Machine Learning methods like Regression, Classification, Time Series Forecasting, Recommendation, Outlier Detection.
  • You have experience with Generative AI, including different large language models, embeddings, and libraries like LangChain or Llamaindex.
  • You have strong proficiency in Python and Machine Learning libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience with the AWS ecosystem.
  • You have strong communication and collaboration abilities - working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • You have a very good command of English.
