• Monitor and optimize the fulfillment logistics process for B2C consumer products in the EU market.
• Collaborate with distribution warehouses to coordinate timely and accurate product shipments.
• Manage local relationships with small parcel freight carriers, and distribution centers to streamline the delivery process and reduce lead times.
• Address and resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management practices to support the distribution process.
• Act as a key liaison between our German office and the parent company in North America, providing updates and insights on logistics operations.
• Utilize multiple languages to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders across the EU.
• Minimum of two years' experience in B2C fulfillment logistics, within the EU market.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and optimizing fulfillment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
