For our client Airbus Operations GmbH at the Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel site, we are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator.In this role, you’ll take ownership of the supply chain in critical situations – Aircraft On Ground (AOG) – and ensure that spare parts are delivered quickly, reliably and in close coordination with international customers. The gross annual salary ranges from €64,000 to a maximum of €67,500 depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks
- Ensure on-time processing of all customer orders and deliveries
- Manage the disposition, ordering and control of spare parts, missing items and hardware in AOG cases
- Maintain direct communication with customers to provide order status updates and coordinate solutions
- Perform daily monitoring of the supply chain and coordinate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze delivery delays and develop structured recovery plans
- Create and communicate demand forecasts, including planning and forecast analysis
Requirements
- Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a comparable field (minimum Bachelor’s degree)
- Several years of experience in procurement, material planning, supplier management, and aerospace logistics
- Advanced SAP skills and confident use of Google Workspace tools
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (24/7) including weekends, holidays and on-call duty
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
