Localization Project Manager (12-Month Contract – Remote, Europe)

Aardvark Swift are working with GlobaLoc to recruit a Localization Project Manager who will be contracted to support the Epic Games HQ Localization team in the US.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world’s most recognisable studios, working at the heart of their global content operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing localization projects for one of gaming’s biggest brands.

What You’ll Do

• Manage localization workflows, schedules, and assets for Epic Games projects
• Collaborate closely with global localization and production teams
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
• Coordinate with translators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Maintain documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycles

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years’ experience working with a publisher or developer,only LSP/vendor-side experience will not be suitable; a mix of publisher and LSP experience is fine
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• Comfortable working 3 PM – 11 PM CET (aligned with US time zones)
• Excellent English language skills

Contract Details

• Remote position – work from anywhere in Europe
• 12-month contract with strong potential for extension
• 30 days’ paid vacation
• If based in Germany, you’ll receive a full employment contract with holidays, healthcare, and benefits
• If based outside Germany, you’ll work on an invoice (Ltd/freelance) basis, with funds provided towards healthcare costs
