What you'll build

• The candidate handles administrative and repetitive tasks to engage directly with clients on security and compliance projects.
• Process Optimization – identify gaps and document best practices.
• Assist in customer preparation, maintain templates, update the knowledge base, collect weekly updates and product insights around Signavio and LeanIX.
• Weekly updates and structured documentation improve the alignment between Product and GTM teams.
• Research use cases, workflow setup to prepare content for potential Sales plays and create long‑term value.
• Establish a role that grows with the organization, ensuring ongoing contributions to both operational and strategic objectives.

What you bring

• Graduate (f/m/d) of a university or a university of applied sciences.
• Computer skills / programming languages: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a MUST. More technical expertise is a PLUS but not mandatory – ability to adapt and be flexible to learn about new topics such as Cyber Security and AI.
• Language skills: German & English (B2) fluently.
• Soft skills: team player, creative business‑minded person, excellent problem‑solving and analytical evaluation skills, structured, process‑oriented mindset, geek in research and the ability to adapt to new topics.
• Other: Previous work experience is a PLUS.
• Location: max. 75 km around Walldorf.
