What you'll do

  • Drafting legal documents/templates for structured financial products across all asset classes (e.g. final terms/pricing supplements)
  • Being the primarily responsible person for several base prospectuses
  • Reviewing legal documentation for financial products according to internal and external guidelines
  • Contributing to (regulatory) projects and initiatives
  • Supporting automation of processes and regulatory documents
  • Managing relationships with internal and external parties (law firms, regulators and exchanges) in terms of legal documentation and related processes
  • Answering regulatory queries and questions around financial products together with all relevant stakeholders (such as Product Management, Middle Office, Trading)
  • Providing internal advice in respect of the documentation, issuance and listing of structured products, as well as regulatory and legal implementation matters

What you'll need

  • Master degree in law or finance/economics with strong legal and regulatory interest
  • Experience in the financial sector
  • Knowledge in the area of financial derivatives and structured products
  • Strong interest in complex and new legal and regulatory topics
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative and to work independently and under pressure, manage own goals and set priorities
  • Fluent in business English
