Overview

Your role: You will be leading GTS stream for SAP rollouts and guiding Key Users (local/global) for multiple project teams in parallel. Your role is focal point of contact for trade compliance in SAP rollout programs. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of new/changed processes with global impact or strategic importance, as well for the design and development of new IT solutions / processes. Also, responsible for delivering solutions to business-critical complex issues in SAP / GTS and for performing business impact analysis for all major IT changes. Further responsible for creation of training documents for key users, process descriptions for all global processes and local key users support in creation of local training documents. You will be participating and representing GTS business stream in all project meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTS stream for SAP rollouts and guide local/global Key Users for multiple project teams in parallel.


• Act as focal point of contact for trade compliance in SAP rollout programs.


• Manage the implementation of new/changed processes with global impact or strategic importance, and design/develop new IT solutions and processes.


• Deliver solutions to business-critical, complex issues in SAP/GTS and perform business impact analysis for major IT changes.


• Create training documents for key users and process descriptions for global processes; support local key users in creating local training documents.


• Participate and represent the GTS business stream in all project meetings.

Qualifications

• Master\'s degree in a Life Science discipline or Business Administration from reputed University.


• Profound experience in two or more trade compliance functions for 10+ years.


• Advisor knowledge of trade compliance processes and working experience in GTS.


• Experience as Key User (local/global) in GTS Stream.


• Very good communication skills and experience working with global teams.


• Profound knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies.


• Ability to investigate errors and provide suggestions to IT teams to resolve them.


• Willing to travel as needed per project requirements.
