We are seeking a skilled mechatronics or mechanical engineer to support the development and automation of our quantum sensing measurement systems. In this role, you will design and optimize high-stability mechanical components and motion assemblies that enable sub-micron positioning and reproducible measurements. You will collaborate with engineering partners and vendors to bring the first commercial generation of our precision instruments to market, with a strong focus on system reliability, alignment repeatability, and integration into automated workflows.
Founded in 2022 as a spin-off of TU Munich, QD leverages quantum sensors to rapidly capture three-dimensional current maps within multi-layer chips.
