For our European Business Group, we are looking for a Lab Engineer for injection molding (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of samples and material pre-drying for injection molding experiment
• Checking the connected line (Air, Electricity, Water) for injection molding experiment
• Execution of injection molding experiment for various material (e.g. ABS, PO, EP)
• Responsible processing of test requests in the laboratory
• Operation of injection molding machine & data evaluation and data backup
• Maintenance of injection molding machine for use at all time
• Documentation of test results in German and English
• Participation in the optimization and improvement of workflows in the laboratory
• Participation in global, multidisciplinary project meetings

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

• Successfully completed training as an injection molding or Polymer processing
• Working experience at an injection molding company or Mold maker will treat preferentially
• Practical and theoretical knowledge in injection molding process & Mold design
• Enjoyment of technology as well as commitment and creativity
• Ability to work in a team as a communicative and engaging personality who carries out their tasks with great commitment, enthusiasm and vision
• Good MS Office skills as well as written and spoken English
