Job Description
  • Be the driving force behind the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA logistics network
  • Lead and implement key logistics initiatives from our European headquarters, working closely with local market teams
  • Optimize both car transport and storage processes to boost performance metrics such as capacity, lead times, and cost-efficiency
  • Collaborate with Product teams to translate operational needs into innovative tech solutions
  • Report directly to the Director of Consumer Logistics Europe
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in successfully managing cross-functional projects in an international context
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data-driven insights
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—you know how to get buy-in and drive projects forward
  • Experience in consulting or within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficiency in English at the C1 level
