Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!

We are looking for outstanding personalities for our Junior Managers Program in Supply Chain Management. In order to master the multi-layered building blocks of optimized supply chain management, you will use data-supported decision-making processes while keeping an eye on the big picture.

Over a period of 12-24 months, you will work in various positions in Germany and abroad to expand your professional expertise and better understand the relevance of logistics and supply chain management with its interfaces to purchasing, production, sales, etc. You will work actively and independently on exciting and complex topics and optimize internal and external logistics flows. These are the lifeline of our 225 manufacturing plants and 775 logistics centers, as well as the interaction between suppliers and customers, and therefore have a decisive influence on Bosch's competitiveness.

Intelligent and automated factories are becoming increasingly important due to the continuous progress of digitalization at Bosch. Sustainability plays an important role in logistics. Live and drive the transformation of supply chain management at Bosch and shape the implementation of Industry 4.0 strategies. You will support numerous logistics projects and help shape innovative, sustainable and digital solutions that enable an optimized overall process!

  • Decide for yourself which start date suits you best and when your permanent employment contract will begin.
  • Design your own programme with up to 6 stations in areas such as digitalization and automation of logistics, supply chain or data management. Design your individual station planning with topics from Artificial Intelligence, Connected Industry or Business Model Innovations.
  • Complement your practical experiences with various learning and training methods, for which you have an individual budget.
  • Benefit from the network and experiences of your personal mentor at the top management level.

Personality: The entrepreneur is in you. You are always looking for new paths and sometimes take risks. You enjoy inspiring others. You are enthusiastic about modern data analysis topics as well as going into depth on logistical topics; systemic and analytical thinking are required here! You consider courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness to be attitudes worth striving for.

Background: Your master's or diploma degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, process engineering), industrial engineering with a comparable focus, computer science, business informatics or business administration is above average. You may already have an MBA, PhD or initial professional experience.

Experience and know-how: You have at least 3 months of experience abroad and have significant practical experience in logistics, supply chain management, logistics IT, manufacturing, development, etc. and a good command of German and English.

Please submit your application in English.
