Your profile:
- Fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd state exams) or comparable legal qualification under German law
- Strong knowledge of German civil, commercial, and corporate law; additional international legal expertise is a plus
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, ideally in international business law
- Structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to present complex legal matters clearly
- Hands-on mentality, pragmatic mindset, and high attention to legal integrity
- Enjoyment of collaborative work in cross-functional and international teams
- Business fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage

Your mission:
- You advise management and business units on legal matters with a focus on contract law, data protection, IP, compliance, and commercial law – both nationally and internationally
- You draft, review and negotiate contracts such as NDAs, letters of intent, cooperation and framework agreements, often in direct coordination with clients and partners
- You develop and maintain legal templates to support consistent and efficient processes
- You monitor changes in legislation and case law and derive relevant actions and strategic recommendations
- You collaborate closely across departments, group entities, and with external counsel – cross-functional teamwork is a key part of your role
- You support the Legal team with general tasks, including contract management
