• Fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd state exams) or comparable legal qualification under German law
• Strong knowledge of German civil, commercial, and corporate law; additional international legal expertise is a plus
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, ideally in international business law
• Structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to present complex legal matters clearly
• Hands-on mentality, pragmatic mindset, and high attention to legal integrity
• Enjoyment of collaborative work in cross-functional and international teams
• Business fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage

Your mission:

• You advise management and business units on legal matters with a focus on contract law, data protection, IP, compliance, and commercial law – both nationally and internationally
• You draft, review and negotiate contracts such as NDAs, letters of intent, cooperation and framework agreements, often in direct coordination with clients and partners
• You develop and maintain legal templates to support consistent and efficient processes
• You monitor changes in legislation and case law and derive relevant actions and strategic recommendations
• You collaborate closely across departments, group entities, and with external counsel – cross-functional teamwork is a key part of your role
