Junior Key Account Manager (all genders)

Location: Südost region, including postcode area 9.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and manage key customer groups and partner associations in the trade sector, ensuring continuous development of these partnerships (primarily postcode area 9).
  • Regularly analyse your sales area, optimise channels and partners, and develop suitable sales strategies, concepts and operational measures.
  • Identify relevant market partners with high potential and excite them about our well‑thought product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the German sales and marketing team and contribute valuable input for the company's performance.
Profile / Qualifications
  • Several years of sales experience in field service and a completed commercial education or a business administration degree.
  • Strengths in selling technical consumer goods and strategic market development.
  • Strong customer orientation demonstrated by enthusiasm and negotiation skills, able to convince business partners.
  • Motivated in presenting to decision‑makers and using IT tools such as MS O365 and SAP (desirable), calendar management, flexibility and high travel readiness.
