Implementation of a holistic influencer marketing strategy for Italy

Identification, selection and management of influencers (Micro to Mega)

Building and maintaining long-term influencer partnerships

Planning, managing and executing campaigns on the platforms Instagram, YouTube & TikTok

Negotiation of terms, contract management and budget control

Briefing of influencers as well as quality assurance of content

Analysis, monitoring and reporting of campaign performance

Close collaboration with Social Media Content and Performance Marketing

Completed studies in marketing communication media or a comparable qualification

At least 23 years of professional experience in influencer marketing ideally in the Italian market

Very good understanding of social media trends, the creator economy and platform algorithms

Strong network of influencers or agencies is an advantage

Business-fluent Italian (C2 or native speaker) and good English

Analytical mindset paired with creativity and organizational talent

Independent, structured and proactive work style
