Your Area Of Responsibility
  • Responsible for the operational support of the customer Amazon in relevant sales processes like managing vendor central, chargebacks, forecast
  • Taking care of order verification and processing
  • Controlling of invoices and customer debits
  • Checking and processing of returns requests
  • Handling the complaint management
  • Maintenance of all relevant sales files for the customer area
  • Supporting the preparation of sales documents for customer meetings
  • Regular controlling of relevant KPIs and derivation of measures
  • Monitoring the sales price with the help of tools and making strategic derivations
  • Coordinating and ensuring the availability of goods for our e‑commerce customers, especially Amazon (demand forecast analysis)
  • Regular creation of sales relevant reportings and analyses
What Distinguishes You
  • Completed commercial education with professional experience or studies with initial practical experience in e‑Commerce or related fields is advantageous
  • E‑commerce affinity, familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central is a plus
  • Good to very good Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and structured while being a team player
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • High level of initiative and motivation
  • Hands‑on mentality
  • Good command of both written and spoken German and English
