Qualifikationen

As a Junior Local Demand Planner, you\u2019ll play a vital role in supporting our forecasting processes and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and challenge local market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Input market insights and maintain cannibalisation data, ensuring effective communication with the Central team.
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and help communicate supply constraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting through feedback loops with Sales and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with Central and local teams to analyse forecast accuracy and support new product launches.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on Demand Planning.
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree.
  • Fluent English; German (B2 or higher) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, improvement-oriented, and proactive.
