In this role, you combine analytical insight with strong business acumen, creating clarity and confidence throughout the entire credit process. We are recruiting for this position as part of a permanent direct employment.

Your Responsibilities
  • You assess credit, market, and country risks across various international business areas
  • By conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, you thoroughly evaluate the risk profiles of business partners
  • In addition, you advise and support internal departments and provide well-founded recommendations regarding credit line decisions
  • Working closely with business partners and credit agencies, you gather relevant risk‑related information
  • You also monitor overdue or exceeded credit positions, track market developments, analyze causes, and derive suitable risk‑mitigation measures including reporting to management
  • In negotiations with debtors, insurers, legal representatives, and insolvency or liquidation entities, you ensure the enforcement of outstanding claims
  • Supporting management in handling unexpected risk cases is also part of your role

Through internal training sessions and workshops, you help strengthen risk‑management awareness within the departments.

Your Skills
  • You have successfully completed vocational training in banking (Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann / -Frau) or hold a university degree in economics, finance, or a comparable field
  • You bring experience in B2B risk management, ideally gained in internationally active companies, commercial or investment banks or credit insurers
  • Ideally, you have around two years of professional experience candidates with an auditing background are also very welcome
  • You also possess basic knowledge of corporate and project finance as well as a solid understanding of international macroeconomic contexts
  • You are familiar with international trade practices (e.g., Incoterms, payment terms)
  • Proficiency in MS Office is part of your daily toolkit
  • You are fluent in English, German would be a bonus
  • A strong affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills characterize you particularly when assessing consolidated financial statements
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor complement your profile
  • You demonstrate a high level of initiative, commitment, and responsibility, and you work in a structured, goal‑oriented, and independent manner
