Take the lead with La Squadra as a Junior Assistant Manager in Berlin

For our restaurant in Berlin, we are looking for our next rising stars. As a Junior Assistant Manager, you will report to the Front‑of‑House Manager and embody our values of excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurship, and authenticity in the restaurant every day.

Responsibilities

• Service quality – Ensure excellence, consistency, and speed of service; welcome guests.
• Restaurant performance – Optimize table turnover, service pace, and staff efficiency; keep the average check on target through staff briefings, training requests, performance monitoring of section heads, and individual coaching.
• Front‑of‑house operations – Ensure compliance with dining‑room hygiene standards; propose initiatives to control labor costs; oversee team schedules; manage orders and stock (wine, tableware, aprons); handle cash; ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Front‑of‑house team success – Participate in recruitment; support onboarding of new team members; coach and support the front‑of‑house team daily; drive team cohesion and positive working relationships.
