Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.

About The Job

We’re expanding rapidly, and to support our Finance Team, we’re looking for a Junior Accountant who can take ownership of daily pre-accounting tasks and contribute to building efficient financial processes as we continue to scale. You will play an important role in ensuring accuracy across our financial data and supporting our monthly closing routines.

As we expand internationally across e-commerce and retail, this role will be key in ensuring accurate multi-entity accounting and supporting scalable month-end processes.

With our Finance function developing, this role also offers long-term growth opportunities into broader accounting responsibilities and system ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day pre-accounting in Moss (expenses, receipts, and invoice tracking)
• Manage accounting tasks for one or more subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely entries
• Support the Finance Manager in monthly closings and reconciliations
• Contribute to process improvements to create more efficient accounting workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations
• Stay curious and proactive in learning new systems, tools, and accounting best practices

About You

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Background in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
• Proficiency in Moss, DATEV, Excel/Google Sheets, or similar accounting tools/systems is a plus, but not required, more important is your ability to learn new systems quickly
• Detail-oriented with a structured and reliable working style
• Open-minded, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve
