To strengthen our business development team we are looking for a
Junior Account Manager
based in Erlangen Germany.

You will work closely with and report to the company’s Account Manager
building relationships with business partners worldwide and maintaining existing partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build, manage and expand relationships with international business partners
  • Handle day-to-day account management via phone, email and in-person meetings
  • Identify, approach and acquire new business partners, including planning and conducting on-site visits
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and partner visits in Germany and abroad
Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management or a similar role
  • Background or strong interest in agriculture (e.g. practical experience or experience in an agriculture-related company)
  • Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of service orientation, reliability and proactivity
  • Independent, well-organized work style with attention to detail
  • Native-level German and fluent English skills
What would be a plus
  • Passion for video games
  • Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Class B driver’s license for business travel
